Part of partnerships is loving and trusting the other half. When you have that bond with your horse, both of you are better for it! Your rides are more enjoyable, your horsemanship is improved and both you and your horse are more confident!

  1. Find their favorite spot to be scratched
  2. Braid their manes
  3. Tell them about your day
  4. Give them a show worthy bath and grooming
  5. Take them grazing
  6. Lead them on a walk
  7. Sit with them in their pasture
  8. Do some groundwork
  9. Overcome some "scary" obstacles together
  10. Lay on their backs while they graze
