2018 Grammy Awards Recap and Fashion Looks

It was a night of glitz, glamour, and great music at the 60th annual Grammy Awards held at Madison Square Garden in New York City last night, January 28th. There were some stellar performances and exciting wins for the country music scene. Little Big Town took home the award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance, Chris Stapleton was the big winner with the Best Country Solo Performance, Best Country Song, and Best Country Album for the year, while Reba McEntire took home the award for Best Roots Gospel Album for her album Sing It Now: Songs Of Faith & Hope.

Little Big Town rocked it with their performance of Better Man, a song written by Taylor Swift for their 8th studio album, The Breaker (watch it HERE).

Overall it was a fantastic night for country music and we got to see some pretty awesome fashion. The music industry has it’s fair share of eclectic dressers and fashionistas but here I will be recapping the best looks from the country stars.

Midland showed up in the lively attire we’ve come to expect from the trio. We love the bright Macaw parrot inspired suite! Way to “wow” guys! They never disappoint.

Marren Morris looked like silver goddess in a geometric sequin dress with LOTS of fun cut outs. Gorgeous!

Thomas Rhett and wife Lauren looked very dapper in all-black. But we have to ask, “what’s with those slippers Thomas?”.

Little Big Town looked bright and lively. Jimi Westbrook had a clean black suite on with a unbuttoned white shirt beneath (we aren’t complaining), Karen Fairchild rocked a whimsy white dress with lots of feathers and sequins, Kimberly Schlapman looked bright and girly with a ruffled pink dress with a bustier bodice, and Jimi Westbrook wore a black suite with a white shirt featuring silver chain necklaces and silver collar tips. That’s one stylish group!
