Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner. While might ignore this celebration, you don’t have to twist my arm to get me to enjoy margaritas and Mexican food. A traditional five course meal consists of soup, an appetizer, salad, main course, and is rounded out with dessert. You don’t have to get fancy for this one – but here are five recipes that reach beyond the taco.

Soup: Try Mexican street corn tortilla soup. It’s made in 30 minutes so you don’t have to spend too much time on this delicious dish.
