Can you believe it’s almost here? I’m talking about the dreaded swimsuit season. Don’t cry because you don’t have to eat straight up rice cakes to drop a few pounds. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be terrible or complex. Just think, more baked or grilled meats and colorful veggies and fruits. If you can stick to those two things (and LOTS of water), you’ll already be on the right track to a healthier lifestyle.
