A week ago, we were all taking a deep breath after our COWGIRL 30 Under 30 festivities. This year's event was, without a doubt, the largest and most successful yet since its inception four years ago. The Class of 2023 recipients were treated to a weekend full of events, fashion, and fun, to celebrate their accomplishments.

A HUGE Thank You to our sponsors—Wrangler, Teton Ridge, Cavender’s, Charlie 1 Horse Hats, Durango Boots, Montana Silversmiths, The Cowboy Channel, Corral Boots, Dude Ranchers’ Association, and Old Gringo Boots, whose invaluable support made dreams come true for 30 talented women.

Durango Boots Icebreaker Brunch

The Durango Boots Icebreaker Brunch located in the Vaquero Room at Hotel Drover was the perfect opportunity for the 2023 honorees to mingle and get acquainted with one another before the festivities. All Class of 2023 recipients were in attendance and also received their sponsor goody bags during the event.

Erin DeLong with Durango had some inspiring words to share as a past 30 Under 30 recipient.

Team Durango athletes Lisa Lockhart and Jordon Briggs also shared congratulatory remarks.

Western Sports Roundup

Following the Durango Brunch was a tour of The Cowboy Channel studios. The Class of 2023 was able to watch two of their own, Kiah Burchett and Morgan Wallace, film a segment on Western Sports Round-up with Amy Wilson.

Empowered Gala

The Charlie 1 Horse Hats Champagne Reception started the evening off on the patio of the Drover. Guests then made their way into the Barn for the magical main event.

Dale Brisby

Dale Brisby, the Texas cowboy famous for his outlandish comedy persona on his Rodeo Time YouTube channel and other social media platforms, was the Master of Ceremonies and host at the Wrangler COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Empowered Gala presented by Teton Ridge.

We expected nothing less from Dale Brisby, who showed up in his best sequin sport coat! He made the ladies feel so empowered throughout the evening, and we are so glad we were able to have him host this year's Gala.

Cavender's

Saturday's events were kicked off with the Cavender's Brunch and Trunk Show at their Stockyards store. We are so thankful for industry partners who made these ladies feel extra special!

Girl Talk Professional

Girl Talk Professional presented by Teton Ridge featured a panel of women leaders representing the sponsors of the COWGIRL 30 Under 30 program.  Moderated by Amanda Wittstrom Higgins, a prominent agricultural executive from California’s wine country, panelists include Jamie Armistead, Wrangler’s North America Female Merchandising Manager, Katie Harvey, Senior Vice President of Communications, Teton Ridge, Jennifer Green, Events & PR Manager, Cavender’s, COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Class of 2021 alumna, Erin DeLong, Marketing Manager, Durango Boots, and Judy Wagner, Chief Marketing Officer, Montana Silversmiths.

Bubbles & Boots

Teton Ridge, the Western lifestyle and entertainment company devoted to the iconic American Western way of life, hosted the COWGIRL Bubbles & Boots Champagne Celebration for the COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Class of 2023 during The American Rodeo at Globe Life Field. Guests were also given tickets to the rodeo and Cody Johnson performance. Like the Gala the night before, the cowgirls turned up in their best outfits!

Cody Johnson

We had the honor of meeting Cody Johnson before his performance at The American and were so excited to learn that he was familiar with our 30 Under 30 program! He even gave a special shoutout to the Class of 2023:

The American Rodeo

To say this year's The American Rodeo left us speechless would be an understatement. Cowgirls showed up in a big way and made history! Jackie Crawford's $600,000 payday is the single largest for a female roper EVER after she split the $1 million with Ty Harris.

Crowd favorite Lisa Lockhart and her great horse, Levee, added $100,000 to the bank after taking home the win in the barrel race. It was her third The American win in eight appearances!
