'Animal Planet' Goes To A Wild Horse Sanctuary

Have you ever imagined what life is like at a wild horse sanctuary? John 'Griff” Griffith acts as an intern at the Montgomery Creek Ranch. This 2,000 acre facility has over 200 wild horses. Don't miss the action!

Griff, a lifelong animal and conservation advocate, stars in the Animal Planet show 'Wild Jobs'. In episode eight, he takes the crew to northern California where he cares for the wild horses that call the ranch home. The episode touches on the story of Ellie Phipps Price. She saved hundreds of wild horses from slaughter. It's no cake walk caring for all these horses though.

The mission of an intern at Montgomery Creek Horse Ranch is too act as a traffic cop, help with feed time, and participate in training and taming.
