Applications for COWGIRL 30 Under 30 2023 have officially closed, and this year we received over 100 submissions! While we will only be able to choose 30 to be inducted into the Class of 2023, we want to extend our sincerest congratulations to everyone who applied – you are all doing amazing things in the industry and we look forward to seeing everything you accomplish in the future.

The Class of 2023 will officially be announced the week of November 14th, so stay tuned!

The second annual Wrangler COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Empowered Gala is set to take place on Friday, March 10, 2023, at Hotel Drover in Fort Worth, Texas. COWGIRL is honored to once again host our special event at this truly unforgettable venue.

This year’s event will expand beyond the Gala:

  • Morning of Friday, March 10 – Class of 2023 Check-in & Brunch
  • Evening of Friday, March 10 – Wrangler COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Empowered Gala to recognize and celebrate the Class of 2023
  • Saturday, March 11 – Breakout/motivational sessions led by influential members of the Western industry.

COWGIRL’s mission is to seek out and publicly recognize these young women who are making a name for themselves in the Western industry. Whether they be corporate executives, professional athletes, media professionals, or working cowgirls, we aim to bring them to light to show the industry just how vital these young and talented women are to our industry. We also aim to create and grow a network of individuals who can serve as role models and mentors for the future leaders of our industry.
