Every design is hand drawn and tooled by Steven. We are a team working together and we thank you for supporting a small business. “The name ‘Bar 9L Designs’ originates from Steven’s family ranch in southern Colorado. He began tooling leather because he enjoyed the challenge and unique artistry in the leather craft industry. Taylor has a strong background in western fashion & custom leather.
