One thing I always appreciated about growing up on a farm was the abundance of blackberry bushes we had growing in the cow pastures. In those end of summer months I would make sure to pick, eat, and freeze all of the blackberries I could find. Hopefully this beautiful dessert round-up will inspire you to make some sweet treats with this wonderful fruit.

Above, a No Bake Blackberry Cheesecake in individual servings looks and sounds amazing.

Good enough for breakfast, brunch or lunch these Blackberry Mint Mimosas sound amazingly refreshing. Chances are if you pick your own blackberries, you have mint growing somewhere nearby too.
