Grady Spears is the master chef behind the world-renowned Horseshoe Hill. If you’ve ever been to the Fort Worth Stockyards, then you are probably familiar!
The entrepreneurial cowboy chef has just opened up what he has dubbed, The Brand Room.
Grady says, “It’s the world’s largest brand collection. It’s an idea about a decade in the making. I’ve always wanted to have a private social club just for cowboys.”
Membership is already at over 100. Card carriers range from professional cowboys, musicians, NFR qualifiers and gold buckle winners, Fort Worth’s oldest families, and other stockyard businessmen and women.
The club is open to the public on Tuesdays from 7 to 10 PM. For $25, there will be music, Grady’s food of choice, and some of the best company you can find in the state of Texas.
