Checklist For Horse Trailer Necessities

Outside of tack and what you take riding with you, there are some necessary items to keep in your trailer when taking it out for a spin! 

Necessary: 

• First Aid Kit
• Horse Medical Kit
• Copy of Hauling Papers (Coggins, Health Certificates, Registration Papers, etc.)
• Tire Tools (all tools needed for fixing a flat)
• PSI Gauge
• Tool Box
• Duct Tape
• Pitchfork
• Water Bucket
• Tank Filled With Water
• Extra Halter 
• Locks for Doors on Trailers

Optional but Useful: 

• WD-40
• Mini Air Compressor
• Reflective Tape
• Tire Patch/Sealant
• Electrical Tape
• Bungee Cords
• Spare Fuses
