Talk about a boost of confidence! As you can see, this sport takes a lot of coordination and balance. Alex has to steer her horse without the use of her reins, in order to shoot the bow and arrows.
You don’t have to be the most skilled rider, but you have to be willing to practice safety and correctness. That means investing in good instruction and proper equipment. You might not be as good as Alex, but practice makes perfect!
