National Western Stock Show.

The historic National Western Stock Show has been held annually every January at the National Western Complex in Denver since 1906 and has become the world’s largest stock show by number of animals.

Held in the historic Denver Union Stockyards, the National Western is a nationally recognized Western heritage and entertainment event, hosting one of the world’s richest regular season professional rodeos, one of the country’s largest horse shows and Colorado’s largest Western trade show, attracting more than 650,000 visitors each year.

The national Western is also a charitable organization providing education in agriculture, including college and graduate level scholarships in agriculture, and veterinary medicine for practice in rural areas.
