Bit Wipes
Special thanks to the Savvy Horsewoman for this recipe!
Supplies & Ingredients:
- Paper towels
- Peppermint extract
- Water
- Scissors
- Storage container
Directions:
- Cut your paper towels so they fit in the storage container. You may only have to cut them in half. Don’t put them in just yet though!
- Add 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract and 2 cups of water to the storage container. You can add more, but keep that ratio.
- You can now add the paper towels. Press down to ensure they absorb the water mixture.
They can be wiped over your horse’s bit for cleaning and a great taste!
