If you stepped into Dolly Parton’s mind, it might look something like Nashville’s new Dolly Parton-themed bar, White Limozeen.

The bar, named after Dolly’s iconic album, is a combo indoor/rooftop bar and restaurant located on the top floor of Graduate Nashville. It was developed by Graduate Hotels CEO and founder Ben Weprin, who “We have a character in every hotel,”  said Weprin. “Here, it’s a country girl who moves to the city and makes it big.”

Due to White Limozeen‘s 1989 release, its namesake bar is that fabulous kind of 80s retro. Mirrors, velvet, and gold decor abound, and it’s almost a shrine to the color pink…in the absolute best way. Pink bar stools, lounges, deck furniture, curtains, umbrellas… Wherever you look, indoors or out, there’s a shade (or two) of pink!

Indoors is the bar, surrounded by cozy sitting areas and a piano-painted wall. Plus, some portraits of some of music’s biggest influences.

Exit onto the rooftop, and you’re greeted by a sparkling pool, lounges for miles, and some amazing views of Midtown Nashville.

And we can’t forget about the bar. The bar menu includes beer, wine, champagne, an extensive list of spirits, and some signature cocktails developed by Demi Natoli of Nashville’s The Patterson House. One of the highlights of the cocktail list is Pisces Season, featuring Ford’s gin, black currant, Palo Santo, blueberry, and fizzy citrus. Yum!

The White Limozeen food menu—French-inspired—was created by Marc Rose and Med Abrous, and Chef de Cuisine Chris Lewallen. It features both large and small plates, shareable foods, desserts, and more. See the full menu here.

If the bar isn’t enough Dolly for you, Graduate Nashville has the “9 to 5” suite, which the hotel calls “a suite fit for the queen of country.” The pinked-out room has a waterbed and enough country glitz and glam for Parton herself.
