Each year, Amarillo hosts the HooDoo Mural Festival. It is a “bike-able, walk-able outdoor art gallery in downtown Amarillo.” Their goal is to inspire “communities to unite through public art, urban beautification, and creativity.”

One of the artists is Drew Merritt. Last year, he did a mural of the famous Dale Brisby. Read more about that one here!

This year, he is doing one of an Oliver Saddle. It touches on the Western roots of the Texas Panhandle.

Walk by and see it for yourself off of 600 S Filmore in Amarillo, Texas!
