We are not really sure what to call this perfect piece of paradise other than an equine farmhouse lodge! It’s got the wraparound porch like a farmhouse, all the finishing touches you would see in a Colorado lodge, and the bottom floor is customized for your horses!

As if it wasn’t already perfect, there’s even a guest house!

See what I mean about the finishing touches? You would normally see stone work like that in a lodge. But it still has the whitewashed cabinets and reclaimed wood like a farmhouse.

Open rafters. Stone fireplace. And that VIEW. Yes please.

Wait a minute, double-sided fireplace! Not to mention that cozy office or reading nook.

Double doors are always a beautiful plus.

You can’t go without a good soaking tub! The reclaimed wood riser is a nice touch as well.

Here’s the part that’s such a twist! Your horse barn is on the ground floor.
