Highlights From The Extreme Mustang Makeover

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to train and show a wild mustang? Each year, trainers from across the United States decide to test their abilities by entering the Extreme Mustang Makeover. Get ready for the events coming this summer by watching a few highlights from 2017.

Trainers have 100 days to gentle their completely wild horse. They will then prepare to show their horse’s newly acquired skills by entering in various classes. There’s over $125,000 in prize money.

2018 Extreme Mustang Events

• June 21-23: Lexington, Kentucky
• September 6-8: Ft. Worth, Texas
