The legendary Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo is the oldest continuously running livestock show and rodeo in the world. It has been held annually in Fort Worth since 1896 and is as much a part of Texas as cowboys and oil.  The grand show returns to Forth Worth January 14 through February 5, 2022, after being closed in 2021 due to the pandemic for the first time in its 126-year history.

Now with a new state-of-the-art venue for the Stock Show’s rodeo performances in Dickies Arena, the gates will be thrown open for the 125th time to celebrate Fort Worth’s signature event.

Fans will have a variety of choices for their rodeo experience at the 2022 Stock Show. Specialty rodeos include the Best of the West Ranch Rodeo, Best of Mexico Celebración, Cowboys of Color Rodeo, Bulls Night Out Xtreme Bull Riding, and the Texas Champions Challenge. The FWSSR PRORODEO Tournament will feature the sport’s most elite professional cowboys and cowgirls battling in eight exciting events for more than $1 million.

Livestock and horse shows, carnival midway, shopping, and top-name music acts round out the events, guaranteeing there’s something for practically every taste at Fort Worth’s largest and oldest public event.
