While it’s quickly heating up here in the southwest, we have no choice but to accept that winter is completely over and spring is well on its way–if not here, already. But we’re not complaining–we’ll wait until summer when it’s 115 degrees–and we’re happy to celebrate spring’s early arrival with a couple of fresh margaritas for National Margarita Day.

Though National Margarita Day was, technically, on Monday, February 22, we’ve decided to keep the celebration going through this weekend.  These tasty, zesty margaritas are sure to awaken your taste buds from their winter hibernation. Enjoy!
