  • 2 blackberries
  • 5 raspberries
  • 1/4 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes of Peychaud Bitters
  • 1 Bottle of Rosé
  • Imperial Champagne or sparkling rose to top
Directions: Muddle the berries with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Add the bitters. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain the mixture into chilled stemware and top with the Champagne.
