Blood Orange Punch Recipe courtesy of The Glitter Guide Ingredients: 2 cups fresh pineapple juice 2 cups fresh apple juice 1 cup fresh squeezed blood orange juice 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling white wine Orange and lime slices for garnishing Directions: Pour all ingredients in a large punch bowl and stir before serving. Don’t forget to garnish with orange and lime slices! Double Berry Bellin Photography by bell’ alimento Recipe courtesy of Wine Enthusiast Ingredients: 2 blackberries 5 raspberries 1/4 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice 3/4 ounce simple syrup 2 dashes of Peychaud Bitters 1 Bottle of Rosé Imperial Champagne or sparkling rose to top Directions: Muddle the berries with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Add the bitters. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain the mixture into chilled stemware and top with the Champagne. The English Garden Recipe courtesy of Oregon Live/ The Oregonian Ingredients: 1/8 cup raspberries, plus a few more berries for garnish 2 ounces gin 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice 1/2 ounce Tuaca 1 teaspoon simple syrup 1 thin slice of lime Directions: Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of an Old-Fashioned glass by crushing them with a muddler or wooden spoon. Put a few ice cubes in the glass and pour the gin, lime juice, Tuaca and simple syrup over the ice. Stir to combine, then taste and adjust simple syrup as needed. Garnish with a few whole raspberries and the lime slice and serve. Cilantro Pineaplle Julep Recipe courtesy of Kettler Cuisine Ingredients: 8-10 fresh cilantro leaves 1/4 teaspoon raw honey Juice of one lime wedge 2 ounces Patron (or other silver tequila) 2 ounces fresh pineapple juice Directions: In a large glass, muddle the cilantro leaves, honey and squeezed lime wedge. Pour the tequila and pineapple juice over the muddled mixture and stir well. Add mixture to a shaker along with several ice cubes. Strain and pour into your favorite chilled martini glass with a garnish of fresh pineapple and cilantro leaves. Whiskey Lemonade with honey Recipe courtesy of A Beautiful Mess Ingredients: 2 tablespoons whiskey juice of two fresh lemons club soda honey simple syrup sweetened fresh lime juice Directions: In a medium size glass combine 2 tablespoons whiskey, juice of two fresh lemons, ice then fill the rest of the glass with club soda. Add honey simple syrup to taste. If you’re not a big fan of honey use regular simple syrup. Add a splash of sweetened lime juice and garnish with a fresh lemon.
