Yoga is a great form of exercise for cowgirls, equestrians, and everyone in-between! Add goats into the mix and you’re in for a fun time. After a session, you should feel stretched, relaxed, and stress-free! From the downward-facing dog pose to cuddling baby goats, this experience is one for the books.

As many horseback riders and cowgirls know, animals can be therapeutic! Interacting with them has been proven by science to lower stress and cholesterol levels.

Sessions may look different depending on where you go, but you can expect to do various yoga poses with goats free ranging around you.

Many times, the goats will actually jump on top of you or come onto your mat for a cuddle!

It’s a great way to get closer to nature, as most sessions are also held outdoors.
