This week, Green Bay Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers stopped into Greeley Hat Works to get some custom hats from the CEO himself, Trent Johnson, though this is not his first visit to the shop.

“We have some mutual friends that actually set the deal up the first time,” says Trent. “Just a genuinely nice guy.”

This time around, Trent made two hats for the football star: a replica of the hat Jeremy Renner wore in Wind River with a little distressing, and a replica of Doc Holliday’s hat on Tombstone, which Trent notes has more “Old West flair and a little bit more attitude.”

“I knew it was going to be a good day when he said, ‘I’ll be your Huckleberry’,” says Trent.

Greeley Hat Works hats Aaron Rodgers “whenever he wants or needs,” according to Trent. “If he’s traveling somewhere, they’ll fly the jet into Greeley Airport and I’ll pick him up. He’s been in here a couple times this year, so we’ll see how things play out from here. I know he’s got his eye on a few more colors and styles.”

Greeley Hat Works is a custom and off-the-rack hat brand based in Greeley, Colorado. For more information about Greeley and their hats, visit their newly-launched website greeleyhatworks.com.
