Not only was she the girl on fire last year at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, but she is continuing her winning streak this year. The talented barrel racer currently sits in 1st in the WPRA World Standings. She owes a lot of her success to her consistency in the arena, and, of course, to her beloved horse Sister. One of Hailey’s biggest highlights of 2018 came when she set the barrel racing record at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo with a time of 13.6. What makes this feat even more incredible, is that Hailey also set the record at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo last year with a time of 13.11 seconds.
