I don’t know about y’all, but I am so freakin’ glad high waisted bottoms are back in style. The days of low-rise hip huggers and seeing a sea of butt cracks hanging out everywhere women sat down, are dwindling away. Thank goodness. This vintage trend has made a huge comeback and one of my favorite ways to wear it, are high waisted shorts. There’s just something classy about the high waist style. While Daisy Duke shorts are cute on some people, not everyone wants to see your little cheeks, so I’ve tried to find a few styles that range in short length.
Try out a pair of high waisted shorts, tuck in a fun tee and add a concho belt and ankle booties for a effortlessly fun summer night look. And as always, just add turquoise!
