The ‘Horse Barber’ Creates Breathtaking Equine Art

COWGIRL LIFE

The ‘Horse Barber’ Creates Breathtaking Equine Art Horse clipping like you've never seen before!

Melody Hames, known as the Horse Barber, clips artwork into the hair of horses. This isn’t your average clip job though. Her creative designs can be seen as a work of art. She first began clipping on her pony as a nine year old girl. Nowadays, she encourages others in the industry with educational seminars on creative and traditional clipping.

Her clip work is stunning. Take a look at this amazing war horse tribute.

She holds various demonstrates in hopes of educating future generations on how to properly clip.

I can’t even imagine clipping a seahorse like this, but practice makes perfect. Melody has been doing this for many years now.

How did you spend your Sunday? I spent it doing what i love and adore ๐Ÿ’ˆ๐Ÿด ๐Ÿ˜ So apparently 'Seahorses swim very poorly, rapidly fluttering a dorsal fin and using pectoral fins (located behind their eyes) to steer. The slowest-moving fish in the world is H. zosterae (the dwarf seahorse), with a top speed of about 5 ft (1.5 m) per hour.[10] Since they are poor swimmers, they are most likely to be found resting with their prehensile tails wound around a stationary object. They have long snouts, which they use to suck up food, and their eyes can move independently of each other like those of a chameleon' ๐Ÿ‘€ Sculptured out using my Andis Pulse Ion ๐Ÿ˜ Stateside and want to learn how to do this?
