Just following RFD-TV’s The American Rodeo in March, many rodeos began to cancel their events, including Houston Rodeo held at NRG Stadium. Second time’s the charm; now with the lifting of stay-at-home orders, the rodeo will take place at Cowtown Coliseum in the Fort Worth Stockyards.

The Cowtown Coliseum has already been home to many Western events, including the RFD-TV’s The American Rodeo semi-finals in 2019.

The last seven performances of the rodeo’s Super Series will be May 29-31 at the Coliseum.

In recognition of the still prevalent pandemic, athletes and rodeo personnel will undergo health screenings to ensure safety and there will be no spectators at the event. However, it will be broadcast on The Cowboy Channel and be available for steaming on The Cowboy Channel Plus app due to a recent partnership between TCC and PRCA.

Prior to the rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum, Cave Creek Rodeo Days will be covered live by The Cowboy Channel from Cave Creek, Arizona.
