Out of 85 qualified, talented, diverse applicants, the selected 30 ladies represent the future of women in the Western industry. Their contributions will also drive the industry to new levels for generations to come. The COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Class of 2022 will also be honored and celebrated at the Wrangler COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Empowered Gala, held at the Hotel Drover on Friday, March 4, 2022.
