She decided to change all of that by spending years on educating herself on meat science and getting to a level where she felt comfortable enough to teach others as well. Cooking methods, determining the best-tasting cheap cuts, knowing which cuts are worth the extra money, the difference between grass and grain fed, meat aging, and so much more are now well within her wheelhouse.
During over a decade of learning, she developed a special talent for live fire cooking and has been dubbed the “female Ron Swanson” by her loyal followers.
