Jessa Joy Jewelry Is Something To Smile About!

We are passionate about a lot of things at Cowgirl Magazine, and at the top of that list is being able to recognize inspiring stories of women who are following their dreams. Add unique jewelry in the mix, and well, it just doesn’t get much better than that.

Jessica Isaacs has her hands full, and that is putting it mildly. She’s a dedicated wife of 10 years, a mother of four children, a college student studying counseling with a minor in interpreting for ASL, and the creative and talented woman behind her company, Jessa Joy Jewelry. “Being a mom definitely inspires me when coming up with jewelry designs, since I have 4 kids I always want to be sure to think of non-tacky ways to create pieces that moms love and want to wear while showing the love for all their little ones,” Jessica said.

So how did this ambitious entrepreneur get her start in jewelry making? “I’ve always loved doing crafts, and jewelry was a way for me to do something for myself and friends,” she said. “After awhile I started having friends ask me to make them jewelry, and they wanted to buy it!”

Though it was intimidating for her to think about launching a business, with the help of research and encouragement, she decided to take a leap of faith. “I had a a lot failures but was able to learn from each one,” Jessica said. “A year later I made my Mama Bear necklace, and it began selling like crazy. I was able to to take jewelry for mothers and make it fun, unique, different, and even stylish.”

She puts her own unique spin on personalization as well as the use of natural elements such as wood, stone and crystals when creating her pieces. “I love them all and am always trying to bring that into a fashionable design,” said Jessica.

“I love what I do, it’s definitely a passion that I’ve been so lucky to have supported,” she said.
