Breakaway roping broke onto the scene in the last few years, with rodeos like RFD-TV’s The American and Cheyenne Frontier Days adding the event to their day sheets. Jordan Jo Fabrizio is one of the biggest names in the event today after becoming the first ever Cheyenne Frontier Days Breakaway Champion in 2019. She even made it into COWGIRL 30 Under 30 2020 for her roping talents.
But, there’s a lot more to roping than meets the eye.
