Kacey Musgraves has quickly become one of the most talked about country music stars in the past few years. This summer, the Country Music Hall of Fame is giving “Spacey Kacey” fans a new way to get close to the star: an artifact exhibit.

Opening July 2nd, the exhibit will display special artifacts from Kacey’s life, starting from her youth all the way through her modern-day stardom. Two display items from Musgraves’ school days will be detention slips and a tip jar from when she performed in a duo called the Texas Two Bits.

Some more recent artifacts in the exhibit will be lyric manuscripts from her songs “Slow Burn” and “Fallin’,” not to mention her 2014 Grammy’s dress and her 2018 CMA Awards Atelier Versace pantsuit.

Kacey is thankful for this opportunity and is looking forward to the opening day. To celebrate the exhibit, she’ll be appearing in conversation at the Country Music Hall of Fame on July 6th. The public can attend, and tickets for this special event will go on sale May 29th.
