ABC reality show Dancing with the Stars is back this fall with another star-studded cast, including country artist Lauren Alaina.
First hitting the country music scene on American Idol Season 10, she finished as a runner-up, and has made two studio albums since.
After the official Dancing with the Stars cast reveal on Good Morning America on Wednesday, Alaina took to Instagram to share her excitement about her upcoming ballroom adventure.
Dancing with the Stars took a brief hiatus this spring for the first time since 2007, but is returning with some extra-special celebs. Along with Lauren Alaina, other stars-turned-dancers will include Kate Flannery (The Office), Hannah Brown (The Bachelorette, Season 14), James Van Der Beek (Dawson’s Creek, Varsity Blues), Christie Brinkley (model), Ray Lewis (former Baltimore Ravens linebacker), Karamo Brown (Queer Eye), Lamar Odom (former Los Angeles Lakers player), Ally Brooke (Fifth Harmony singer), Sean Spicer (former White House Press Secretary and White House Communications Director), Kel Mitchell (All That, Kenan & Kel), and Mary Wilson (The Supremes singer).
Season 28 of Dancing with the Stars will premiere at 8:00pm ET on Monday, September 16 on ABC.
