Megan Moroney, an up-and-coming Nashville artist, just released a new EP album for our listening pleasure. It is a teaser for her full album, "Lucky," which will be released on May 5th.

With four songs, this album covers every mood.

"Girl in the Mirror" is a pour yourself a glass of wine kind of song. It is a melancholy tune about loving someone more than yourself. It will hit you right in the feels.

On the other end, "I'm Not Pretty" is a feel-good tune to get dolled up to. It breathes confidence and being sure of yourself.

Dance your heart out to "Lucky"-- a song filled with a "life is short" and "here for a good time" mentality. This upbeat, two-steppin' tune is a hit for all your local honky tonks.

"Tennessee Orange" is the most famous song for the "professional emo cowgirl," as she describes herself. It is a heart-stoppin' love ballad. It describes the moment of falling in love and telling your parents about it.

The Georgia native is nominated for New Female Artist of the Year for the Academy of Country Music Awards. She has a knack for storytelling through music and has written most of her songs. She wrote her first song during her freshman year at the University of Georgia. It's been a successful journey for her since!
