Kelsea Ballerini's new single "LOVE IS A COWBOY"

"Love is a Cowboy" is Kelsea Ballerini's new single off her newly-announced upcoming album Subject to Change. "Makes your heart feel like wild horses in your chest / Trying to catch, it's like tryna tame a wild, wild west / And when I'm with him, it's like ropin' the wind / Love is a cowboy," she sings about the ups and downs of love in a field of wheat at sunset.

Lily Rose's new single "In My Drinks"

There are plenty of country songs that feature the singer at a bar trying to forget an ex, but in this tune, Lily Rose drinks to remember. She misses her former lover and relives the memories with her through beer and bourbon. She sings, “I only see her in my drinks, in between the bourbon and beer // As long as I’m still buzzing, she’s sitting right here // ‘Cause it’s clear when I’m sober, that it’s over with the girl of my dreams // Now I only see her in my drinks”

Bailey James' new music video for "The Spell"

The music video utilizes scene and outfit changes to effortlessly capture the depth of feeling and emotion the track conveys. The contrast between James in a dark dress among fire and night and her walking through a forest in a bright white outfit gives the video a sense of balance and variety.

Lexi Jordan’s new single “When We Were”

“When We Were” is a track reminiscent of Taylor Swift’s early sound. Jordan captures the irreplicable feeling of adolescence with chorus lyrics such as “When we were watching stars in the midnight sky/ wishing time would never fly by/ guess I never thought back then/ those were the days we’d never forget.” The audience is reminded of young love, a time when many have fewer preoccupations. It’s a pure, strong love, and listeners might be reminded of easier times and new beginnings.

Erin Kinsey's new single "Vegas"

“It’s a song about just loving someone so much that you are ready to start forever tomorrow,” says Kinsey of the song she wrote just over a year ago alongside fellow songwriters Brinley Addington and Barrett Baber in a span of just over two hours in an interview with Taste of Country. “When we went in the writing room, I had this idea about just getting married in Vegas. I had started on the melody, which ended up being the chorus. And by the time it was done, it turned into one of the most fun writing sessions I've ever been a part of.”
