Mickey Guyton released the title track today from her album, "Remember Her Name." The vocal powerhouse posted the news on her socials, writing, “It almost doesn’t feel real yet, but my new song ‘Remember Her Name’ is officially out everywhere now! This song means so, so much to me. Not only does this song represent my journey, but I hope the message reflects yours as well. This is our story.”

Of her new song, written with her producer Jim “Moose” Brown, Goans says, “Moose and I wrote ‘Easy’ on the first day we met. The idea came from 2020 and the challenges brought on not only from the pandemic, but also some abrupt changes in my personal life as well. My husband was my safe place. No matter how uncertain life felt, or I felt, he was a steady place to land. The production represents who I am in my life in this moment.”

Of her upcoming album, Robinson shares, “I think that the thread running through the album is those things that call to us, and how we can’t resist that call. It’s about the siren songs that come up through our lives. It is bigger and riskier and more expansive than my last collection. It feels like I wrote some songs that I’m going to grow into as I continue to perform them. They’re excavating some deeper stuff than I’ve touched on before, I think they will have a healing quality for people who listen.”
