Jen Landon plays the rebellious and rambunctious “Teeter” in Taylor Sheridan’s mega-hit television series, Yellowstone. Landon is no newcomer to television or the entertainment industry, having starred as Gwen Norbeck Munson in the CBS soap opera As the World Turns, earlier in her career, winning three consecutive Daytime Emmy Awards in the process. But make no mistake.  Jen is no Hollywood insider and prefers to live what she calls a “feral” lifestyle, constantly on the move, discovering new adventure, and pursuing her rekindled love for horses, with the likes of her mentor and friend, the legendary cutting horse champion, Lindy Burch.

In Wendy Wilkinson’s in-depth conversation with Landon, readers will learn some of what makes Jen tick.  For the cover photo, Landon worked directly with the publisher on ideas for both the cover and layout.  Abby Linne, who is a camera operator on the Yellowstone series as well, took all the images of Jen exclusively for COWGIRL.  Shoots in Los Angeles and in Montana reflect the divergent passion of Landon, who is enjoying the extraordinary success of the series and the adventuresome lifestyle it is providing.  The compositions reflect the passion in the young actress who revels in the work that she finds so natural to her way of life.
