Feel the barn burn! Outlaw Annie is here to bring your barn time to the next level.

Outlaw Annie, a world champion mounted shooter, accomplished horse trainer and health advocate, is making us feel the barn burn with her daily workouts.

Every week of April, Annie gave us a video of a few exercises and stretches. These exercises improve our fitness and you can easily complete them at your barn. From pipe rails to pitchforks and lead ropes, think about your barn as your new gym. And at this gym, the horses don’t mind what you wear, how you look or how you smell!

Annie’s first video uses her pipe rails to stretch, do a modified push up and a few more exercises to give a great workout. Always remember to stretch and say hi to the horses, now use that pipe fence and feel the burn!

Hello, my Quarantined Horse Friends!( non-horse friends can try on a wall or just enjoy the Scottsdale Sand Spur Ranch scenery!) Heres some Pipe Rail exercises to work on! Try to start off with two sets of 10 of each of 3 exercises this next week! Remember to stretch before and after! All you need is YOU!
