1 1/2 oz. Pendleton Midnight Whiskey

3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth

3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

METHOD

Stir ingredients very well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over a large ice cube into a rocks glass.
