Purdue’s Marching Band Honors Farmers

Purdue University’s “All-American” Marching Band honored farmers during their halftime show.

The marching band spelled out “FARMERS” which then transformed into “<1% FEEDS 100%.” This is to display that less than 1% of the population are farmers and that feeds the whole population.

On their drum, they wrote out “Farmers are Incredible!” The performance was a partnership with Land O’ Lakes and their new “Farmers are Incredible” campaign.
