Orange, Pineapple and Spinach Juice

  • 1 bundle of spinach
  • 5 mandarin oranges
  • 1/4 to 1/2 of pineapple
  • 5 kale leaves

Healthy Colada Green Juice

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 heart of romaine lettuce
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 4 cups ripe pineapple
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • ½ cup coconut water 

Blend all fruits, vegetables and ginger. Stir in coconut water.
