  • Apples
  • Oranges
  • Banana
  • Apricot
  • Blackberry
  • Watermelon
  • Pineapple
  • Plum
  • Peaches
  • Pear
  • Coconut
  • Grapefruit
  • Strawberries

Most of these have healthy minerals and vitamins, such as potassium, vitamin C and A! Make sure to remove seeds and any choking hazards. Most should be fed the way a person would eat it. For example, you should remove the core and skin of the pineapple. It can be fed in rings or chunks. Another is cherries- pit them and only feed the fleshy part.

Don’t Feed These Fruits

These are not safe for your horse to consume!
