No matter how many horses you have owned, there is always one that is unlike the rest. This horse may come to you early in your riding career, or could appear much later on in your riding life.

Most of the time, heart horses are not the perfect horses, nor the expensive ones, and definitely not the most trainable ones. Yes, while it may seem like a contradiction to some, most times, heart horses are the ones who challenge us, make us cry tears of frustration, and change the way we think about everything.
