“There’s also a German Biergarten with amazing food and live musicg every weekend within walking distance. The Quiet hours are after 9pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. You must keep all activity indoors or behind the home to prevent disrupting the neighbors. It is so peaceful and quiet that noise travels. NoiseAware is set up on the inside and outside as well as exterior surveillance. Come and enjoy this one of a kind unique property that used to board dozens of horses back in the day. You can hire a horse trainer to give lessons with her/his horse on the property since the horse arenas are still maintained.” -The Stables at Georgetown
