Not only does this dessert only have three ingredients, four if you want to add some almond or vanilla extract, but it’s also vegan! So if you’re in need a of a dessert that has to accommodate or vegan or vegetarian diet, this is a great choice.

Lemon Crumble Bars

This sunshine-wrapped-in-dessert only requires a box of yellow cake mix, one stick of softened and unsalted butter, and one can of lemon pie filling. Mix the butter and cake mix together, set aside a half cup of the cake mix, then spread the cake and butter mixture into  a 9×13 baking pan, throw the lemon pie filling on top and spread it over the crumble mixture. Then just top with the half cup of cake mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
