So I happened upon this recipe by chance! I was at a friend’s house one weekend, and my friend mentioned making margaritas, but then someone else said they didn’t know if we had all the ingredients, which was met with a reply of, “I know I saw orange juice in the refrigerator and we have everything else!”
Of course I just couldn’t help myself and had to say, “I think you have mimosas on your mind! There’s no such thing as an orange margarita!” It was a running joke all weekend long, but low and behold, my friend was onto something!
It made me do a little hunting for a summer spritzer and this Sunny Orange Margarita recipe from Spend with Pennies absolutely hits the spot!
