Tanya Tucker released her first country hit, “Delta Dawn,” at the age of 13, in 1972. Now, 40-plus-years later she’s at it again with “Hard Luck,” the first single to launch from her upcoming album, While I’m Livin’ in conjunction with Fantasy Records. The video was produced by Brandi Carlile and Shooter Jennings, while the lyrics were from Tucker herself. The trio all have staring roles in the new music video collaboration.

Tucker recently made an appearance at the CMT Awards and performed “Delta Dawn,” joined by some of the top female country music artists including Brandi Carlile, Trisha Yearwood, and Martina McBride. This kicked off her return to the country music scene and was a great preface for her first album of new material in 17 years. With a multitude of awards under her belt such as 10 GRAMMY nominations, three CMT awards, two ACMs, and Two CMAs, and a new video we love, we can’t wait to see what Tucker has in store for us with her new album coming August 23, 2019.
