The Las Vegas Invitational Ranch Rodeo presented by Merck Animal Health was one for the books.

Our five past winning teams from previous Art of the Cowgirl Events competed for a $10,000 added, 100% payback payday. Coming out on top was The Idaho Girls. These handy women put on a clinic, winning multiple events along with the title. Made up of Carmen Buckingham, Kayla Tiegs, Bailey Bachman and Katie Mcfarlane. Along with prize money, this team will receive buckles from The Rowdy Rose, a gift bag donated by Hooey & Bull Fighters Only and they secured their spot to WSRRA - Western States Ranch Rodeo Association Finals.

Winning Top Horse was Wilson, owned and ridden by Carmen Buckingham. Wilson is a once in a lifetime kind of horse. He is a 2x World's Greatest Horsewoman Finalist along with winning multiple Top Horse titles across various associations. Carmen and Wilson take home a beautiful headstall from Frecker's Saddlery and got to select a bit graciously donated by Kerry Kelley Bits & Spurs

Top Hand went to Kayla Tiegs. Kayla competed on two different teams. Kayla has been to every Art of the Cowgirl from the start, winning it twice. This handy Idaho Girl is everything you could look for in a Top Hand. She quietly excels and elevates every team she is on and is a true example of a team player and what embodies Art of the Cowgirl. Kayla will receive a buckle from Rowdy Rose and a beautiful hand made under bridle from Bill Ferreira.

Our Tough Cowgirl Award went to Kylie Carter of the Espuela team. Kylie showed off some superior bull dogging skills! She could give the boys at Thomas and Mack a run for their money! Kylie received a beautiful bottle stopper from Williams Studio - Con Williams.
