Pendleton Whisky Pulled Pork
- 1 5-6 lb Pork Shoulder
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 tsp Onion Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Coconut Sugar (or Brown Sugar)
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2-3 shots Pendleton Whisky
“Add everything to your crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours depending on the size of your pork shoulder or on high for 4-5 hours. When the pork is cooked, shred and add in your bbq sauce of choice or we recommend an extra batch of this recipe.”
A simple crockpot recipe everyone will be begging you to bring to the summer cook out and paired with your favorite Pendleton Whisky cocktail.
